Delete your data
This page was last updated on September 30, 2026
This page is about the mobile application Aldiko, published by AGILY. It tells you how to ask us to delete what we hold, what gets deleted, and what does not.
What we hold at all
Almost nothing, and none of it is about the child. The child’s name, their age band, their answers, the words they have learned and the costume they chose never leave the device. Deleting the Application removes them, and they are beyond recovery — by us as well, because we never had them.
What does leave the device is a short funnel of steps — app opened, onboarding finished, offer shown, purchase made — plus crash reports when the Application crashes. Every one of those rows is addressed by a random installation number and by nothing else: no name, no email address, no phone number, no advertising identifier, no device identifier. The number is minted when the Application is installed and a reinstall gets a different one, connected to the old one by nothing.
How to ask for deletion
- Open the parent settings in the Application. Hold one of the keys on the shelf for three seconds and answer the arithmetic question that keeps children out.
- Find the row named «Installation number» and press it. Pressing it copies the number; the row says so for a moment.
- Send that number to support@kopsoz.kz with the words «delete my data». The number is the only thing by which your rows can be found, so a message without it is a message we cannot act on.
We answer within 30 days. You do not need an account — the Application has none — and you do not need to prove anything beyond the number, because the number is all we know.
What is deleted
- The funnel rows belonging to that installation number, in our own database and in Amplitude, the analytics service that processes them.
- The installation number itself, which is the key those rows were addressed by.
- Purchase records held against that installation in RevenueCat, our subscription service — the plan and the outcome, which is all of it. We hold no payment details at any point: the card is the store’s business and never ours.
- Crash reports filed from that installation, in Firebase Crashlytics.
What is kept, and for how long
- The subscription itself is a contract between you and Google Play or Apple, not with us, and deleting our rows does not cancel it. Cancel it in the store’s own subscription settings.
- The store’s own records of that purchase belong to Google or Apple and are kept under their rules, which we cannot shorten.
- Aggregate counts that can no longer be traced to any installation — how many people finished onboarding on a given day, for instance — are not deleted, because there is nothing in them left to delete.
- Retention. We have not declared a fixed retention period for the funnel rows. When we declare one it will appear here and in the privacy policy. Crash reports are kept by Crashlytics under Google’s rules, which set their own period.
The faster way, if you do not want to write to anyone
Delete the Application. The collection stops at once, the installation number disappears from the device with everything else the Application kept there, and a new installation starts a fresh number that is connected to the old one by nothing. The rows already sent stay until you ask for them, which is what this page is for.
Full detail of what is collected and why is in the privacy policy. Questions: support@kopsoz.kz.
